Your musical tastes

Since lyrics/music videos will probably be posted in this topic I figured I'd post it in the media section.

Anyway, I am extremely diverse in what I like; one second I could be listening to Queen and the next Eminem. Metalcore (also known as screamo) is a disgrace to the metal gods (Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, Slayer, Black Sabbath/Ozzy) and any band that associates with the genre should be killed in the slowest and most painful way possible.

When it comes to rap, I like actual rappers. In other words, people like Tupac, Biggie, Eminem, Eazy E, Dre Dre, Obie Trice, etc. If you likes "artists" such as Lil Wayne, TI, and Sean Kingston kindly leave the topic as we discuss music here, not complete shit that makes my ears bleed.

Eminem; the greatest poet of the 21st century. Undoubtedly the greatest rapper alive, and in my opinion the greatest of all time. I decided to post one of his lesser known songs from recovery, as the second verse is musical genius.



Ah Rammstein, being one of the few fans they have that can actually speak German, their manipulation of a language that makes metal sound more badass is incredible. Du Hast is a song that pokes fun at those who learned the language via some quick class or an online class.



Although I'd love to post more videos, I'll wait a bit lol.

I won't go heavy into my taste but I'm more or a rock and metal fan. I don't mind late 80's and 90's rap and I'll listen to about every thing else other than what I like to call redneck country just cus I can't relate to it at all.

I hate country with a passion.

Most people i know say that but Jonny Cash or Stevie Ray Vahn are just their own kinda country and its good

The majority of those songs and artists suck.

Flo Rida, Jason Derulo, Drake, and Ne-Yo are complete wannabes who have to use auto-tune if they perform at the Grammys because lip-syncing isn't allowed, Shakira is just bleh, and Katy Perry is the new Megan Fox (isn't good at what she does, is only successful since people find her attractive.)

I can't get the link to load cus I'm on my phone but Jupiter your mostly right about what you said oyher than Katy Perry, 1. I've never thought she was that attractive 2. She has very good vocals but she's kinda dumbed down her lyrics

A lot of guys find her attractive, but I don't. The only other thing I've heard from her was "I kissed a girl" and it sounded like something a seven year old would write (no offense Bart), so I may be a bit biased.

As u can see these are mostly Electro or Drum 'n Bass
